− The whole apartment. It smelt. The fridge had leaked so the kitchen floor was full of water. We were a family of 2 there was supposed to be 3 beds and there were only 2. We arrived at midnight, kids were shattered so we didn't want to complain because they needed to go to sleep. Thank the Lord we only booked for 1 night. Shocking place!

5.0Het park ziet er leuk uit met de gekeurde huisjes. De ligging is ook prima.
− Het complex is vergane glorie. De huiskamer van ons appartement zag er op zich leuk uit. Nieuwe bank, leuke stoel en wat wandversiering. Echter, de airco deed het niet in de woonkamer en ook niet in een van de slaapkamers. Toen we daar melding van maakten bij de receptie, zeiden ze dat ze daar mensen voor moesten inhuren die dat zouden kunnen repareren en dat zou deze week niet lukken. Dit was overduidelijk een smoesje. De bedden bij het zwembad waren oud, stuk en doorgezakt. Het zwembadwater was niet helder en de zwembandrand met afvoer vies. Bij het uitchecken hoefden we alleen de sleutel in te leveren. Er werd niet gevraagd hoe ons verblijf was. Ze waren duidelijk bang voor het antwoord.

4.0Gostamos da localização do espaço, embora não tenha sido uma excelente experiência o staff
− O espaço tem muito potencial mas está a precisar de grandes renovações. O primeiro apartamento que nos deram não tinha o AC do quarto a funcionar e a solução que nos deram era usarmos uma ventoinha (éramos 4 pessoas a dormir naquele quarto, duas crianças). Tivemos de insistir bastante e pesquisar vagas no hotel para nos disponibilizarem outro apartamento (em 5 dias de estadia ficamos em 3 apartamentos diferentes). A piscina interior estava em manutenção e só nos foi dito à entrada no hotel e a limpeza não era das melhores. Num dos apartamentos havia imensas formigas coisa que reportamos também
