This magical place is a piece of heaven at the very end of the village. It's obvious it was built with love and touch. The Vila is spacious, comfortable, have everything you need for both short and long term stay. One of the bedroom have two bunks beds, it's perfect for family with kids. Perfect dining room, fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher. Geat yard, and at the back there's big tent, with which you can completely close, to get shadow, and on top it have a mosquito net, for bigger comfort. You have the best host you will ever meet. Proactive, friendly, recommended some local activities. We were group of friends for 3 nights and had a wonderful time , we didn't miss anything during our stay. Walking distance like 300m you have a small grocery shop for just the basic needs, and right next door there's a Rock Bar "The old furnace" with a small pool , and a restaurant, which I highly recommend. For more extensive shopping I recommend visit the nearest town of Chirpan (13km) like 25min drive. Overall it was a perfect stay , we left relaxed and full of energy, In highly recommend for all kind of travellers profiles.

A stylish, compact villa, newly renovated, very clean. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, but unfortunately, they're not fully fenced in, which prevents pets from running freely.

− The following issues are significant drawbacks: 1. Complete lack of ventilation. While this can be compensated for in the rooms by opening the windows for ventilation, it's a serious problem in the bathrooms, resulting in constant condensation. The tiny dormer windows aren't up to the task, and there are no heated towel rails. Consequently, towels are wet 24/7. 2. Ice-cold floors are common in all rooms, including the bathrooms. Wall-mounted electric radiators and split-system air conditioners don't solve this problem. Therefore, the property is only suitable for seasonal summer accommodation. 3. The internet only works during the day, and even then, it's very poor. In the evenings, at night, and in the morning, even mobile phone reception is virtually nonexistent. 4. The actual accommodation conditions stated by the owner do not match those listed on Booking.com. According to the information, the property, consisting of three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a total area of ​​135 square meters, was entirely at the client's disposal. The reservation indicated two guests. Before check-in, the owner was informed that there would be three of us, suggesting that additional linens might be needed. In response, he demanded an additional €100 for three nights, even though we still only needed two bedrooms. Given that all three bedrooms were already prepared for guests, and there were no additional services (meals, etc.) that could have affected the price, such a demand seemed absurd. Not wanting to waste time and energy arguing, we paid the additional €100 the owner demanded. We hope he will use it to replace the bath towels, which were washed to the point of being washed out.
