2.0− Персонал не профессиональный и грубый. На просьбу о предоставлении номера с большой кроватью как и было указано в бронировании через сайт Booking.com. получили необоснованный негативный ответ. И на другие вопросы и уточнения отвечали очень грубо, после чего мы вынуждены были поменять гостиницу
Very nice place to stay in Bukhara !
10.0Excellent stay . Location is perfect opposite of KFC and many restaurants are nearby . Labi Khovuz and other sightseeing locations are in walking distance. Jasurbek at the reception was nice and friendly, very supportive. Breakfast was amazing and Feruza at the restaurant welcomed us very friendly and she was an excellent host. We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. It’s value for money. We will definitely come back again .
