9.0The host was very informative and provided clear, well-organized guidelines for both check-in and check-out. The house is cozy and tastefully decorated, creating a comfortable stay. Facilities are complete, though adding a few more cups would be helpful for larger groups. That said, the host thoughtfully provided disposable cups as an alternative. The location is also convenient, with easy access to popular local eateries.
− The only concern was that the bathroom floor becomes quite slippery after a shower, which can be a safety hazard, especially for elderly guests or those with disabilities. It might be helpful to consider installing safety grab bars in the ground floor bathroom and adding an anti-slip mat in the shower area to improve safety.

10.0This house is fully equipped with everything you need and of excellent condition. The house is spacious and rooms are all equipped with everything you need, including hair dryer in each room. Bedsheets/pillows felt comfy and clean. And the host, was so helpful to all our questions and needs.
