5.01. The owner seemed very warm and willing to help us out. 2. We requested liquid soap, and he complied with our request. 3. He offered us the use of a kitchen, though it was not part of the deal
− We checked in very late at night by 9.30 pm. It was a rainy day. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms, but too tired to cancel and rebook/ check-in at another place. We decided to crash and forget all about that night. 1. The rooms were not clean 2. The bedding was not clean ... we found hair strands on the bed sheets !! (I missed taking pictures) 3. The room and bathroom were small. 4. The furniture was old. 5. No toiletries provided. There was a used bar of soap ! 5. Though the kitchen was not part of the deal ... it was dusty, rusty, and dirty. 😐 I will remember it as a mistake on my part. I booked the apartment cos it was cheap and close to the beach and I learnt my lesson. Batumi is much more expensive than Tbilisi ... you only get what you pay for.

Makinjauri and Batumi experiences
10.0Very nice and new apartment. 2 rooms, big bathroom and big...I mean, BIG terace. Everthing that you need it's in the place. Fulll options as equipment. The Sea and the beach is in proximity,3-5 minutes to walk. YAou have also shops, a butcher shop with turkey fresh meat, for barbeque, its in the front of the property.The Bothanical Garden it's also in proximity. You may see it from terace.Good view to the hills and nice garden in the courtyard. The owner is a very nice man and his dog, Rex will stay around of you just if you like him. I stayed in Batumi for 1 month, but this place is the best for my taste. Everything it's nice in Georgia and Batumi. Batumi is like a "little Dubai", with affordable prices and good products, good food, very nice people....You may stay here for months. I already have 42 days here. So, xome and visit these places!
