Nur als Sommerhaus geeignet!
8.0Das Haus ist nur im Sommer, aber dann bestimmt, für einen schönen Urlaub geeignet!! Eine großartige Terrasse! Im Februar windstill, konnten wir uns dort an unseren beiden letzten Tagen, in der Sonne wieder aufwärmen. Ein clever gebautes Haus. Eine freundliche, morgens sonnengeflutete Küche. Kuschelige Betten.
− Wir waren im Februar dort und haben so viel gefroren! Das Haus hatte nur in 2 Schlafzimmern eine Klimaanlage. Das Wohnzimmer war zu gross, die dortige Klimaanlage hatte keine Chance. Küche und Badezimmer waren ganz ohne Heizmöglichkeit. Bei Booking stand, mit Heizung und Klimaanlage....Letztlich brachte man uns eine elektrische Heizung für die Küche. Ein Zimmer war schimmelig, ein weiteres hatte eine schimmlige Stelle an der Wand. Alle Schlafzimmer etwas feucht-muffig. Die Sauberkeit oberflächlich.

È’ una casa comoda con una posizione magnifica. Con pochi miglioramenti potrebbe essere perfetta.
8.0Casa a noi già nota e molto apprezzata per la splendida posizione e la tranquillità del sito.
− Qualche difetto rispetto al passato (2 moke per caffè inservibili perché senza manico, persistente cattivo odore in soggiorno (qualche problema in solaio?). In generale arredi un pochino più impersonali.
Incanto nella Sicilia Barocca
10.0Splendida location nella Sicilia barocca di Montalbano. La villa domina la spiaggia di Sampieri e ha una posizione incantevole. Belli gli arredi, pulita, staff gentilissimo. Splendido balcone e giardino. Ringraziamo la signora Carmela per la sua cordialità. Assolutamente consigliato.
