Zimmer Nr.10 absolut mies, Personal und Restaurant gut
5.0Die Lage ist Top und das Restaurant ebenfalls. Auch das meiste Personal war freundlich.
− Meine Meinung bezieht sich auf Zimmer Nr.10. 1.Der Ausblick ist ein dreckiger Hinterhof 2. Die Abluft von der Küche war sehr gut zu riechen, wenn man das Fenster offen hatte. 3. Ich reise viel, aber das waren die schlechtesten Matratzen die ich je hatte. 4. Beim behindertengerechten Badezimmer steht das Wasser beim duschen im ganzen Raum und läuft auch nicht ab, da am Boden ein sinnloser Gummi montiert ist. Dafür steht ein Abzieher im Badezimmer damit man wenigstens den größten Teil trocken bekommt. Auch eine Handbrause sucht man vergeblich. Ich würde niemals so ein Zimmer vermieten. Da ich nur zwei Nächte dort verbracht habe, wollte ich kein Theater machen.

10.0Tai super puikus viešbutis miesto centre. Puikūs pusryčiai. Ypatingai paslaugus personalas. Visai šalia pagrindinių turistų lankomų vietų. Nuostabus viešbučio restoranas.
Nicht besonders entspannend
5.0Die Lage war sehr gut das Hotel im Großen und Ganzen war auch okay. Victor an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
− Wir sind spät angereist und haben nicht die Zimmer bekommen, die wir gebucht haben. Daraufhin haben wir ihm ein Foto gezeigt, welche Zimmer wir gebucht haben. Man sagte uns die Fotos macht Booking Com, was natürlich nicht stimmt. Nach einer halben Stunde Wartezeit hat man uns doch ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, welches wir gebucht haben. Das war nicht schön nach so einer langen Anreise noch zu warten. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls nicht besonders gut. Was mich sehr gestört hat, ist der Parkplatz, wo man circa 300 m den Berg hinauf laufen muss. Das war sehr anstrengend und das Auto stand an einem Waldrand unbeaufsichtigt und dafür noch 20 € für eine Nacht das geht gar nicht. Deswegen fällt meine Bewertung dementsprechend aus.
Genau richtig. Für ein Besuch in Karlsbad.
