9.0The cottage is really quaint with gorgeous interior decor and a lovely little enclosed yard to the rear. The kitchen had everything we needed and Clodagh was able to help us work out how to use the hob ( turn off the child lock). As others have said, the mattresses weee very comfy we also tried out the local pub which was a short walk away and we would highly recommend.

9.0A really nice period property that is well equipped with everything you will need during your stay. The host’s communication was spot on and they even made the effort to greet us upon arrival which was a nice touch.

A very enjoyable getaway
10.0We absolutely loved our stay at Grants Cottage. The property is very cosy and homely, and comes with everything you need, including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner soap, lots of kitchen equipment, kitchen cleaning products, dog treats, super soft towels, even a blanket to wrap up with on the sofa. It really felt like a home away from home. We came with our dog and he loved lying on the rug in front of the fireplace while we watched tv in the evening. There’s a little park just a short walk away from the cottage too. We would happily return, we had a great time. For the slightly taller people of the world, just watch your head around the doorways as it is an old restored cottage so the door heights are on the smaller side :-) And for the coffee lovers, bring some ground coffee for a cafetière/french press as there is one in the cottage :)
− We liked everything! Only one note for future visitors, that the staircase is a bit steep and narrow, which wasn’t an issue for us but for noting those that may find the stairs more challenging
