Die Anlage und das Shala sind sehr schön, tolle Aussicht

− Das Essen war viel zu teuer und und er Preis wurde nicht richtig kommuniziert. Die Mitarbeiter waren nicht besonders freundlich, vor allem eine die immer ein Miesepeter Gesicht zieht und uns um 10 vor 9 mega unfreundlich ins Zimmer geschickt hat, wir seien zu laut. ich liebe Ruhe und verstehe, dass Leute früh ins Bett gehen aber die Art und Weise wie sie das kommuniziert hat geht gar nicht.. Haben auch oft Wasserprobleme..

Great location in Tzununa. I liked it better than San Marcos which is a bit saturated and touristy. The beds were also very comfy. The yoga was fantastic.

− One of the main staff members radiated negative energy that was felt by everyone at the property. I would have extended my stay if it weren’t for this person who just seemed irritated that any of us were there. The sauna was never working, the water was off for 4 out of 6 days with no solutions or even recognition of the inconvenience and were instead met by a “sucks to suck” attitude. Breakfast is included but if you aren’t first in like at the limited buffet then you just have to get the scraps of what is left. Rarely are any staff members on the property outside of meal times so when the water was off, poop just piled up in the toilets until the next day. When the water was on, the showers were a trickle and not warm.

The nature around Lake Atitlan is lovely.

− Staff didn't speak Spanish and also wanted to charge everything in USD. Sauna wasn't available as apparently there were no staff available to light it, despite enquiring 2 days prior to arrival. Was given ambiguous answers around the sauna, no then yes (for an extra charge) then no again, in the end all of the staff left the premises shortly after our check-in and couldn't assist with anything. We were given the wrong room key and by the time we realised, all staff had left, so we had to climb in through the window and leave our room unlocked for the remainder of our stay. Also couldn't connect to the Wifi as we weren't given the details when checking in, which is the same reason we missed breakfast.

Great, healthy, delicious Food. Stunning place with a lot of very nice social areas, hammocks ect. Great yoga classes in the morning. Basic but big rooms for personal space. Very quiet area, day and night. So in general a place where you can really enjoy the stunning view from one of the two nice big terraces and recover after Acatenango. I really enjoyed my stay here.

− Lockers in the dorms are actually no lockers, because the back is open. I realized it after three days... Not really nice, so be aware of your stuff. The communication was kind of tricky, because you have to write the stuff in what's app and sometimes it can take some time before you get an answer. Laundry cost me 15 USD for a small bag < 1kg...
