Uncomfortable for four adults
3.0Parking, location quiet.
− We were four adults in our early seventies. Not considered disabled! Cottage dark,damp and plug in air fresheners nauseating. Lounge became a dumping ground because bedrooms were so small you couldn’t move in them. Bedroom one bed filled the room cupboard doors couldn’t open fully. Space under bed was used for storing a fold down bed. Where they expected to put that I don’t know! Bedroom two was disgusting! Double bed meant you had to climb over your partner to get in and out of bed. No storage usable! The kitchen was well equipped but like bedrooms you couldn’t open doors if anyone was sitting at the table. You had to stand up to get things from fridge. You could not move in and out of kitchen without asking someone to move if sitting at table. BUT my biggest grip was the bathroom! It was tiny, the bath plug wasn’t working and the location next to the kitchen, with thin wall meant you had to listen to bodily functions whilst eating in kitchen.If the owners wanted to rent to four adults they should find a way to put in another toilet/ cloakroom. This property is suitable for two adults only. I would suggest someone from Holiday Agent stays there. Photos are misleading. We booked for four nights but brother in law after second night refused to stay another day and we all agreed with him.
