It was a relaxing stay

− We didn’t get breakfast, even though it stated we should get the breakfast included. It said swimming was included, but it was not. We had to pay an extra £50 for swimming.

Enjoyed the swimming pool, the rental carts, the playground and climbing wall. Being able to see rabbits from the window in the living room.

− Caravan itself was filthy. The cooker was not cleaned inside therefore unable to use it. Sugar that was left there had bugs in it. Had food in the freezer had no dates on them. There's was a black bag left in the cupboard with dirty nappy and used wipes. Could not get into the toilet/shower easily as the door was very stiff. There were dead insects all over the caravan. The hoover wasn't emptied from last use and it didn't work properly. There was no access to the beach unless driving, even thought it was advertised as it had access and that's one of the reasons we booked the caravan. The site is totally cashless witch wasn't advertising prior to the arrival.

Was not bad but experience with the owner terrible.

Nice location.

− When we arrive we find out that L shape sofa is damaged. Wood under the pillows was broken. We inform contact person that we have an issue 0 contact to us till we finish our stay. Also on offer you have breakfast included we didn't receive any breakfast for 4 days…. Also reported and 0 answer from this lady… dirt here and there. Today after we check out the lady back to us with message that we damage the sofa…. Totally don't recommend this place cause of customer service and not providing breakfast especially if its in offer.

− Had to clean caravan our self's. There was not enough cook ware and needs a bin

Location size of the caravan That i got my money back

− The host We was asked to leave when we asked were the free breakfast was There is no free breakfast,its a welcome basket of 2 bags of crisps 2 coffees 2 tea bags 4 sugars 2 small coffee biscuits a key ring and a bottle opener

Awsome break with the kids

The decor in living room was very girly n friendly n well thought out

− Would have liked the welcome pack on the table so I could figure out everything 😄
