9.0The hotel is very well run. But on a skeleton staff. The receptionist is also the cleaner, etc. However, she is a very kind, very helpful person, and lots of thought has gone into the fine touches. Such as the nice coffee/tea selection in the room. And little extras in the bathroom, complimentary toothbrush & toothpaste, small packet of earbuds. Etc. Clearly, a hotel that cares and is really delivering its best for its price range.
− Everything was good. They might want to include travelling instructions (bus/train/airport) on their website and with bookings.

− At present (March 2025) the restaurant is being renovated and there are therefore no dinner/breakfast options.
