El Riad es precioso y tanto el personal como la comida de 10. Pero, sin duda, lo más espectacular es el entorno. Nunca me había hospedado en un enclave tan sobrecogedor. Volveremos seguro pero con más tiempo y, sobre todo, en una época menos calurosa. Viajamos a finales de junio, época de mucho calor en Ouzina. Para que el día se hiciera más llevadero nos organizaron un plan completo, con una excursión en 4x4 por la mañana y restaurante con aire acondicionado y piscina por la tarde. Al atardecer nos llevaron al alojamiento. Gracias a esto pudimos disfrutar del día a pesar del calor. Muchas gracias por todo!

They misled us

At home, on the couch, the location and the riad seemed nice.

− The property informed us that it's possible to get there by motorcycle. In reality, we spent more than 2 hours at 38°C trying to get past the sandy roads leading to the property, on two Yamaha XT250. We could see the riad, but could not reach it. No mobile reception in the area, so it was impossible to contact them. Walking through that terrain and at those temperatures was not an option. When almost out of water, we decided to head back to Merzouga. It was wise (for them!) to charge us in advance, instead of at the property like virtually any other accommodation in Morocco, because they could get the money and not refund us after misrepresenting the accessibility.

Un endroit unique au milieu de nulle part, si vous voulez découvrir le désert, ne cherchez pas, vous serez ici en plein milieu avec ce que ça comporte de magie, mais aussi de nature.

Riad magnifique et équipe adorable, ils sont même venus m’aider avec ma moto dans le sable. Les conditions ne me convenaient finalement pas top de vent et seul client et j’ai choisi de repartir. Ils m’ont remboursé intégralement sans aucun problème. Service vraiment exemplaire. Merci ☺️

Eine einmalige Lage auf einem Berg abseits des Touristentrubels, möge es immer eine Perle bleiben und nicht permanent ausgebucht mit Buggy, ATV und Geländewagen Gästen sein. Das Abendessen war ausreichend und auch das Frühstückstücksbuffet sehr lecker. Abends die Ruhe, ein Traum.

− Es gab nichts, was für die abgeschiedenen Lage zu bemängeln gewesen wäre. An unserem Tag war es sehr windig und dadurch das Wasser im Pool etwas trüb, aber die Erfrischung haben wir dennoch genossen

Magical location in the desert

The location is unbelievable, peaceful and quiet, the sunset changing into a sky full of stars. Sunrise is magical. The unrestricted view all around and you can see as far as eyes can reach. Food was amazing, very traditional, prepared fresh and hot. The Moroccan tea was made fresh on arrival. Swimming pool just at the right place to cool down and relax while absorbing the view. The room was clean, the bathroom facilities very good. All in all, don't hesitate to travel a few kilometres more to escape the Mezouga tourist trap and come to this magical location.
