I won’t go there again they pricey you don’t get room service. They don’t clean the room. I went up the street next town

1.0The soap bar was big, the wafer cookies nice, the coffee pouch was nice. The water bottles were nice.
− When we arrived there was a note on the door saying the attendant wasn't there and to call a number. We tried the door but it was locked. Then a man opened the door and let us in. He looked a bit off. I spoke to him in Spanish. He answered me in English and wouldn't switch to Spanish for a long while despite the fact I'm a native as well. Our room was tiny, no windows. Not worth the price we paid. The sink faucet hot water didn't work. Only one outlet in the room. Other one in the bathroom. Mattresses were covered in their plastic casings. There were a couple of mosquitoes flying in the room. No attendant staff overnight. We checked out at 7am and no one was there at the front desk. The emergency exit was locked. I was afraid all night and didn't sleep well. The town of Lares is like a ghost town. The room was supplied with the cheapest items.
