2.0− Informação incorreta: não tem máquina de café como mencionado. A entrada da proprietária na casa antes da entrega das chaves e sem os hóspedes. Levamos uma pequena cadela, com bastante idade, que foi autorizada pela proprietária. Solicitou pagamento extra pelo animal e limpeza. Alerto a má fé e abusiva após confirmação da entrega das chaves posterior às 12h ( combinado telefonicamente).

10.0Limpeza, conforto, custo benefício nota mil, não falei com a proprietária, mas as pessoas que me atenderam foram muito atenciosas e simpáticas. Algumas gentilezas como uma garrafa de água e capsulas de café, achei muito agradável o gesto. Cozinha bem equipada com eletrodomésticos, louça, talheres e até mesmo sabão e esponja. Camas muito confortáveis, alugamos a casa para 6 pessoas.
− O único inconveniente foi o estacionamento, não por ser na rua, pois o local é muito tranquilo, mas como a casa fica em uma avenida sem acostamento tivemos que deixar o carro distante da casa.
