9.0Sehr gute Lage, nah am Park und zur Altstadt gelegen; sehr komfortabel und, obwohl es an einer größeren Straße liegt, ruhig; hundefreundlich.
− Schöne Küchenzeile, die eigentlich zum Kochen einlädt, aber bei der Geschirrausstattung fehlt Einiges: Teekanne, Topfdeckel f. den kl. Topf, (Salat-)Schüssel.
O locație deosebită , cu parcare în apropiere . Foarte relaxant și liniștit .
10.0Excelent și foarte aproape de centrul orașului și facil de ajuns , fie pe jos , fie cu tramvaiul .
