Beachfront Escape in Mikra Mantinia-Messinian Aura

Perfect location for relaxation at a very nice beach which is not overrun yet

Clean apartment 20 minutes from Kalamata airport with all amenities (fridge was modern and air condition worked very well). The view from this this first floor apartment (there is one apartment next to it and one above inhabited by all year residents) is not spectacular (overlooking a small parking space), however this didn't bother us as we were able to enjoy the ocean view - including beautiful sunsets - from the two restaurants Athina's Grill and Island Café just across the street at the shore. Both restaurants offer free sun beds (you just are supposed to order a drink when using them) on a clean pebble beach with clear waters. We were there mid July and despite high season it was always easy to find free sun beds, even on a Sunday. It was also easy to find a good table at the two restaurants for breakfast or dinner. The other location related advantage is a great mini market right next to the apartment which offers everything you need if you like to eat your own breakfast etc. at the apartment. Nights were quiet, we did not hear any dogs bark (as mentioned in previous reviews) nor did we hear much from the apartment above The communication with the host was uncomplicated, and he was always helpful.

− The bed has a rather soft mattress and squeaks very loudly at every turn and should be replaced (and so should be the shower curtain).

Το κατάλυμα ήταν απλά τέλειο και διαθέτει και παρκινγκ εντός του περιβάλλοντος χώρου του ξενοδοχείου. Υπήρχε κουζίνα, ψυγείο, τραπεζαρία, καθιστικό, πίσω μεγάλο μπαλκόνι και καθιστικό μπροστινής βεράντας. Δίπλα super market και ψητοπωλείο.

Μοντέρνο καθαρό διαμέρισμα με όλες τις παροχές για μία άνετη διαμονή.

− Το κρεβάτι ετριζε πολύ και είχε πολύ θόρυβο από το επάνω διαμέρισμα.
