Paz relax romántico y genial.

Nos encantó el trato el entorno, paz, tranquilidad, hamacas, el columpio más alto de 14 m te sientes libre como pájaro. Desayuno rico, bizcocho casero, amabilidad y buen servicio. La cena no hay mucha variedad pero muy genial, ricas las pizzas que son de masa madre, la atención genial. Habitaciones y baños muy limpios. Hay muchas rutas para andar, y senderos para pasar buen rato tiempo, el río naturaleza paz.. estuvimos en la habitación, pero hay cabañas súper geniales…volveríamos a la cabaña.

− A la primera a mi marido, no le gustó que no había la televisión, ni aire acondicionado,pero luego se adaptó y pasamos genial. además hacía fresquito por la tarde noche

Excelente ubicación. Estuvimos en una habitación, muy amplia y cómoda. La atención del personal de 10. Un lugar para repetir.

Esta be pero el menjar es pot millorar bastant.

La ubicació es molt bona, aprop de algunes rutes i de l'entrada a la Selva se Irati. Enmig del bosc i molt tranquil.

− L'esmorzar es, per el lloc, pobre. Consta de 4 torrades (per dos persones), mantega, melmelada de marca comercial, tomàquet de marca comercial envasat i oli. Sent un lloc així m'esperava que fos tot més casolà, formatge i algun embotit de la zona, melmelada casolana de la zona,... en fi esta bé pero m'esperava molt més producte de proximitat i fresc. Altre cosa les coixineres del llit, primes i toves que (en el meu cas) fan que dormir sigui bastanta mala experiència.

The breakfast was nice

− Short version: The property confirmed twin beds but gave us a tiny double bed, refused to properly resolve their mistake, then expected us to deal with a flying-ant infestation using bug spray and a broom. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. One of the most disappointing places I have ever stayed. I was travelling with a friend and specifically asked in advance whether the room had twin beds. After receiving confirmation, I booked it—only to arrive and find a very small double bed instead. The staff acknowledged that a mistake had been made, but no reasonable solution or compensation was offered. The only alternative was a sofa, for which they wanted to charge us extra. I have stayed in many places, but I have never encountered a host who made so little effort to correct their own error. To make matters worse, the owner then tried to convince me that a “twin room” means a room with one double bed. Honestly, I found that insulting. On top of everything else, the room had a serious infestation of flying ants. When I informed the staff, I was handed bug spray and a broom and apparently expected to deal with it myself. At that point, I gave up, ordered a €20 frozen pizza and a gin and tonic, and tried to calm down. Never again.
