Location and size of property made it a comfortable stay after we had given it a bit of a clean.
6.0The location was great and there was plenty of room in the house and parking was good and the yard was great.
− It hadn't been cleaned very well or recently before we arrived. The plumbing had issues, and it was quite dated in decor and finishes. So, in need of a refurb really. We had trouble opening the kitchen cupboards as they stuck and the windows upstairs were quite dangerous having to be held open with blocks of timber to allow ventilation. Ants all over the kitchen floor and bench and there were ants floating in the kettle, highlighting the lack of a proper clean.

7.0The location was fabulous. The space was excellent with a great bunk room for the kids and separate queen rooms for the adults. The additional fridge was very helpful with the number of people staying. The real estate staff were wonderful, replacing the microwave immediately when it wasn’t working.
− There was only a small freezer (we arrived with frozen meals, ice blocks and ice creams with no space to put them. The lawn hadn’t been mowed. There were paper wasp nests under the outdoor table which we removed. Fortunately we found it before anyone was stung.
