Personal amable, casa bonita pero hay bichos en las habitaciones
3.0El personal que trabaja en la casa es muy amable, encantadores todos y dispuestos a ayudar y colaborar en todos los problemas que surgen (que encantadores nuestro caso no fueron pocos).
− Encontramos cucarachas y un saltamontes enorme dentro de las habitaciones del piso de arriba. Entendemos que puede haber bichos en el exterior pero no esperábamos que estuvieran dentro de las habitaciones. La experiencia fue muy mala en este aspecto, tuvimos que revisar todas las habitaciones diariamente antes de ir a dormir y cada mancha de la casa parecía un bicho. No repetiríamos. También estaban haciendo obras en la casa de al lado con ruido y música desde las 7 de la mañana además de levantar polvo que se cuela en el jardín y piscina durante todo el día. No hemos podido descansar bien ningún día.

8.0The house was beautiful. It was very quiet and the hosts were extremely helpful with anything we needed.
− No air conditioning and bad water pressure for the showers. The door locks are worn out and it was difficult to lock most of the doors. This made security a bit of a challenge. Also, no screens on the bathrooms/cr. I had mosquitoes/lamok biting me while trying to take a shower.
We had a grand time if only there is aircon.

9.0Very nice villa for group. Location is a bit out of the main street, which we liked because it is more calm. You will arrive in a tropical villa that is clean, nicely decorated and every room has its own beautiful bathroom. Pool is great and staff is fantastic!!! Specially Tanny is suberb
