5.0I could not make it to the property, unfortunately, on the day of arrival it was raining heavily and the management contacted me on the day of arrival informing me that the room has mold because of the rain which is fair to them, and that they booked another room in another hotel for me. That was helpful to be honest, but it really was upsetting, because we booked this hotel to see Mardin and be in the middle of the old town and market. The other location was way less pleasant and further. And obviously they took the money or cost of this hotel and counted it for the other one. And the other one is way less.

10.0Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig. Auch die Lage ist ideal: Die Stadt ist nicht zu weit entfernt, aber trotzdem ruhig genug, um wunderbar zu schlafen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

6.0Mekan otopark sıkıntısı vardı iki otelle birleştirmişler yer var ama değnekçi tarzı adamlar yardımcı oluyor kaba tavırlarla otele gelecek olursak temizlik normal seviyede kahvaltı kötü odalar çok yakın ve sesler birbirine gidiyor biz giriş kısmında ki odada kaldık telefon sesi ve çalışanın sesi ful bizim odadaydı fiyat perfermons açısından bir daha gitmek tercihim olmazdı
