6.0O quarto era limpo e organizado, A comunicação pelo whatsapp foi excelente e muito solícita. Quanto ao local, era extremamente barulhento pois há um bar no terreo no edifício que tem musica muito alta ate a madrugada. Houve uma cobrança de "taxa turista" que do foi informada no momento do check-in. Não é um hotel, é um quarto que vc reserva em um edifício - quando vi a descrição tinha tido a impressão de que seria um hotel. No primeiro dia não foi feita a arrumação do quarto. Não me hospedaria novamente.

10.0The location was superb! We arrived after the staff had gone home but they left very clear directions on how to access the property our rooms. I never met the staff as we left early and got back late. My husband got food poisoning one day and stayed in the room all day. The staff checked on him for me when I could not reach him while I continued to take our friends that had never been to Rome on our previously planned tours.
