− I didn't like the patio doors would not lock, and the router was placed on its side so interference with the band width.

3.0− We arrived at the property and, despite having a written confirmation for the booking, we were told that our apartment had been given away because we hadn't responded to a message asking for the exact arrival time they had sent a few hours earlier (while we were on a long flight). On arrival at the property, we had to wait for over 1.5 hours outside in the evening with two small children after a long flight, and make over 5 calls to the owner begging for an apartment so that we had a place to stay for the night. Eventually, we were reluctantly assisted with another apartment. It was very stressful.
