I absolutely loved everything about my stay here. It is honestly difficult to put into words just how wonderful the entire experience was. Above all, what made my stay truly exceptional was the host. Her kindness, respect, and extraordinary level of care went far beyond anything I could have expected. She was incredibly attentive throughout my entire stay, always making sure that everything was perfect and that I had everything I needed. This kind of genuine hospitality is rare, and it made me feel extremely welcome and well cared for from the very beginning. The accommodation itself is beautiful, comfortable, and extremely convenient. Another detail that I particularly appreciated was the accessibility. It is only two floors up, and the staircase is very spacious, which made carrying my luggage surprisingly easy. Having traveled extensively in Europe, I have often stayed in places without elevators where narrow staircases can make handling luggage quite difficult. Here, it was exactly the opposite: simple, easy, quick, and comfortable. The location is absolutely outstanding, especially for anyone visiting Rome and the Vatican. You are incredibly close to everything—public transportation, including the metro, trains and buses, as well as wonderful restaurants, cafés, shops and supermarkets. Everything you could possibly need is practically at your doorstep. This was particularly valuable to me because I have several severe food allergies, so having supermarkets and a wide variety of restaurants so close by made my stay considerably easier and more comfortable. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations: the hospitality, the location, the convenience, the atmosphere and the attention to detail. I genuinely struggle to find words that fully describe how wonderful my experience was. I would stay here again without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome or the Vatican. An absolutely exceptional experience from beginning to...

− There was honestly nothing I disliked about my stay. Quite the opposite—everything was so wonderful that I genuinely cannot think of a single negative aspect to mention. Even the smallest details made my experience special. My room had its own lovely balcony with a beautiful view, which became one of my favorite parts of the stay. I had washed some clothes during my trip, and being able to hang them out on the balcony, where they dried incredibly quickly in the fresh air and sunshine, was such a simple but genuinely appreciated convenience. I also spent some peaceful moments sitting on the balcony, enjoying my mate and the warmth of the sun. Those quiet moments made me feel completely at ease and gave the whole experience an almost magical quality. From the accommodation itself to the atmosphere, the comfort, the balcony, the beautiful surroundings, and the exceptional hospitality, everything contributed to making my stay truly memorable. So, if I am asked what I did not like, my answer is very simple: there was genuinely nothing I would change. My stay was absolutely wonderful, and I will remember it with great affection.

L'ambiente è molto accogliente, e la zona centrale vicina a tutto, mezzi pubblici e supermercati e la disponibilità del host è massima, anche per un eventuale deposito bagagli dopo check out.

The area we were around was prefect for our plans.

− No elevator and hiked up to the second floor with all out bags. Not easy.

Loved this place! Amazing location in what feels like a local area away from the overly busy tourist neighbourhoods but still walking distance to sights, metro, lots of bus stops including the both airport bus shuttle options. Gelato and restaurant options in the neighbourhood as well. Erika was a great host, very organized and caring. It’s not glamorous if that’s what you’re looking for. It has character and makes you feel like a local :) Heads up it’s on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator.

− The bed was a bit worn in but I just slept in the middle and was fine :)
