Terrible experience in Switzerland.
1.0− First of all, the house owner didnt inform how to check in. They forgot to give us the passcode. I tried to message them and call them. The response was very slow. The owner kept messaging me in German although I asked for English. The owner didnt even take time to use Google translater to communicate with their customer. Very disappointing. Without the help from a guest who stayed upstaris, we could have not check in. Once we entered, the ceiling was unbelievably low. The place was not clean and the sheets were covered with dirts. The place was dark (It was dark even in the next morning). The towels were damp and had a foul odor. There were spiders and cobwebs in the rooms and bathroom. Kitchen area was also not clean at all. Everytime people who stayed upstairs moved around, we could hear the squeaking sound. Definately not worth spending CHF 320 for this place. I do NOT recommend this place.
