Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, hat sich nach uns erkundigt und uns sehr nett empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß, in ruhiger Lage und sehr sauber.

− Die Unterkunft ist sehr hellhörig. Was, wenn man geräuschempfindlich ist, etwas stören könnte, aber es ist auf jeden Fall kein Problem gewesen.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer sehr gemütlichen und sauberen Wohnung!

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet mit Küchengeräten, Waschmaschine, Balkon mit Morgensonne, sehr viel Platz, gemütlichen Betten und allem, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Alles war sehr sauber. Pedro ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und spricht auch super deutsch. Arinaga hat uns auch begeistert. Die Promenade ist toll, es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man ist schnell in Las Palmas und den Bergen.

− Der Ausblick geht nur auf eine kleine Straße hinaus, aber man kann dort dem Treiben der Nachbarn zusehen.

This is an absolutely fantastic accommodation. All the other reviews praising Pedro are entirely accurate. He was warm, friendly, and very accommodating. Not only did he allow us to check in early, but when our travel to the property took 3 times longer than we anticipated, meaning he was waiting around for us for a couple hours and we'd taken up his day, he told us it was no issue at all, and acted as if nothing had happened. The property is superb, especially for the cost. I regularly travel and stay in short stay apartments, and this is genuinely the best I've had in terms of price compared to how pleasant and high quality and well equipped the accommodation has been. There's more of everything than you'd expect, everything is high quality, and everything works. All furniture is comfortable, the balcony catches good sun throughout the day, amd all of it simply looks good. Pedro gave us a very warm greeting, showed us around the property, offered us help with anything we needed, and sent us useful information about the surrounding area, though left us to our own devices and gave us full privacy for the duration of our stay. For reference, there are two good shops less than 5 minutes from the accommodation, the beach is around 5 minutes walk, and there are a number of good restaurants within easy reach. I really just can't say anything bad about the place, or the host, or the area. What's more, when leaving the property, while stripping the bed, I dropped something on the floor, and stupidly used the headboard of the bed to support myself while standing up, which broke the fixing on one side that attached it to the wall, about 5 minutes before we left. Not only did Pedro make absolutely no deal of it whatsoever and say it was fine and he'd fix it easily, he refused when I said I wanted to send him money for whatever a replacement fixing cost, and for whatever time it took him to fix it.

− Absolutely nothing at all. It was legitimately perfect for me and my partner. To use this space to account for a comment in another review, while I can't speak for a 4 person family, the boiler for the shower was fine for two people. At one point my partner took a very long shower, and when I went to use it it was a little cool at first, though I turned it off and waited for 15 minutes, and was able to have a hot shower immediately there after, and even then, the shower wasn't cold after she'd been in it for close to an hour, it was still warm and pleasant. Unless you are a very fussy person, or have a very large family that absolutely must all have a steaming hot shower within 5 minutes of each other, this will not be a problem for you. The only bad thing for me and my partner was that we didn't stay longer!
