8.0位置在港口附近，對於搭船的遊客十分便利。要到小威尼斯、風車群都在步行8分鐘以內，前往途中兩側商店及餐飲店林立。房源在一條上坡的小徑上，雖在鬧區但安靜。廁所寬敞，每天都會來打掃，很用心。
− 房間不算大，能開啓兩個行李箱，不過兩人行走時需側身。外面的小花園所放的椅坐（沙發），建議清潔或更換成兩張椅子，地面的假草皮去除，會感覺更清爽。
