− Hotel does not always honor the reservation I made through you. I get moved to a different type of room. They charge more for an accessible room. Because only an accessible suite is available, which costs more.
Lovely find not far from Newark
10.0I ended up here after having a flight canceled and needing somewhere near Newark airport to sleep for a night. The hotel was such a delightful surprise! The staff was so nice, and they upgraded me to a huge suite with a full kitchen, living room, walk-in closet, etc. They also offer a free airport shuttle, but if the shuttle isn't running when you need it, they'll call (and pay for) a Lyft for you - super valuable extra!
− The hotel isn't super close to the airport (20 minutes away by car), but with the free shuttle it didn't really bother me.

− The noise level at the location. The guests were very loud in the hallways. The price I paid for the room should have given me more relaxation not anxiety due to loud noises throughout the night.
