4.0La cama era cómoda
− Fue una decepción absoluta, precio calidad desorbitado, no es alta temporada, las instalaciones no son acordes a las imágenes; el jacuzzi de la habitación no funcionaba, el balcón de la habitación no estaba aislado y da a la carretera por lo que se escuchaba todo el ruido de fuera. Pusimos una queja porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, el personal que había en el bar no supo darnos ninguna explicación solo que nos iban a poner un ventilador… cosa que no ocurrió. El segundo día pusimos una queja en atención al cliente de Booking puesto que no hay nadie en recepción y tampoco cogen el teléfono… cuando nos íbamos a ir, en la misma puerta de la posada nos ofrecieron una habitación con aire portátil (no se tomaron la molestia ni de subir) de hecho nos dejaron la tarjeta en las habitación, gracias por medio solucionarlo pero aire portátil hace muchísimo ruido, por lo que era complicado conciliar el sueño. Nadie nos ofreció ningún descuento ni un desayuno ni un bono absolutamente nadie. 90€/noche por estas instalaciones y personal me parece que fue una estafa. Qué decepción.
