1.0− SOGGIORNO DA DIMENTICARE - EVITATE Appartamento prenotato presso Apartment Republica. Check-in previsto alle 15:00, appartamento consegnato solo alle 17:00 senza alcuna comunicazione preventiva. Il peggio di notte: con la pioggia è entrata acqua copiosamente da almeno 5 punti diversi (finestre e soffitto). Letti e pavimento bagnati, impossibile dormire. È evidente che il problema era noto e non occasionale, vista la quantità di infiltrazioni. Struttura assolutamente non impermeabilizzata e non adatta ad ospitare persone in caso di maltempo. Zero assistenza la sera. Esperienza pessima, mai più. TERRIBLE STAY - AVOID Apartment Republica Barcelona Apartment was not ready at the scheduled check-in time (3 PM) but only at 5 PM. Worst part at night: when it rained, water came in from at least 5 different spots. A complete disaster, beds and floor flooded. The management must have known about it, as there were multiple leaks in different rooms. Unsafe and not maintained. No assistance in the evening. I strongly do not recommend.
