No pude disfrutar mi estancia porque me cancelaron a unas horas de mi llegada
1.0No puedo ofrecer ninguna opinión sobre el alojamiento porque el mismo día en que debería haber llegado al alojamiento Andrés me canceló la reserva indicando que tenían problemas y la casa estaba en mantenimiento.
− Aunque entiendo que se pueden presentar inconvenientes creo que es totalmente inaceptable que a 4 horas de mi llegada al alojamiento me cancelen la estadía, sin siquiera ayudarme a encontrar alternativas y en temporada alta. Creo que no es serio. Si hubiera sido yo la que cancelo me penalizan, al dueño también?
