1.0Nothing property was terrible
− Lift wasn’t working we had two disable people, no help was available via telephone, fan wasn’t working properly. Worst experience of life

9.0Very Spaces and ideal location
− Hot water had to keep pressing the boost button to get the hot water. Suggestion to put a notice how to heat the water. The ensuite bathroom couldn't get the hot water to work.

− The hot water didn’t work on the day we left. The beds were uncomfortable. It was extremely dated and poorly maintained. Not the properties fault the lift and stairs up to apartment were messy and poorly maintained

6.0the view from the window was nice, and the apartment was spacious. plenty of open space for the kids to play.
− parking was very limited, lift to the apartment was very slow, the apartment had alot of wear and tear, there was also a few areas which could be fixed before the next person. the mattresses were cheap and very uncomftable. the upstairs carpet had a trip hazard, and the stairs need abit more support to be sturdy. alot of the kitchen cabinets doors were broken. the blinds upstairs were closed and could not be opened. all the walls had markings on , and the shared bathroom door had a hole in it.

7.0Good kitchen facilities and the staff were extremely helpful around being flexible with check in and check out times. The apartment itself was very cool! It was generally quite clean.
− The bed mattresses were quite soft and so you could feel the springs. As a result, all 6 of us didn't get the best sleep. A bit of TLC is needed to resolve some damages that have occurred over time such as a hole in the bathroom door and the toilet flush getting stuck, but nothing major to impact the experience.
