Die Wohnung sowie die Einrichtung war für uns passend. Ohne Schuhe sind wir jedoch nie durch die Wohnung. Nehmen sie ein
10.0Die zentrale Lage, die Ruhe.
− Die Wohnung müsste unbedingt feucht geputzt werden. Besonders das untere Bad. Sowie der Fußboden im oberen Bereich. Im laufe der Woche hat man den Hund der sich wahrscheinlich in der Wohnung des Besitzers befindet gerochen.
Zum Übernachten bei kürzerem Aufenthalt geeignet.
7.0Die Immobilie ist gepflegt. Die Fotos sind realistisch. Alles sauber.
− Die Lage ist "optisch" sehr gut. Die Fotos sind realistisch. Aber auf dem Balkon ist es von der Straße sehr laut (Straßentunnel mit erhöhter Lärmentwicklung / die Autos geben Gas bei Tunnelausfahrt) - hier möchte ich keinen längeren Urlaub machen. Keine Dusche (Wannendusche wie gebucht) ist nicht zeitgemäß und sehr rutschanfällig, Abtrennung Wanne nicht ganz dicht. Wasserkocher war innen mit "weißen Resten" belastet - haben wir deshalb nicht genutzt. Öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung relativ sehr schlechte Zeiten / mussten Taxi nehmen, da mit Bahn angereist - kein Vorwurf deshalb. Hinweis für Nutzer: Anreise mit Pkw empfohlen. Wir haben diese Immobilie gebucht, weil es an diesem WE keine bezahlbare Alternative gegeben hat.

9.0Remek a lakás elhelyezkedése, jó ár-érték arányú, alapvetően könnyű a kontakt nélküli becsekkolás, nagyon szép a kilátás, és kellemes a lakás stílusa is.
− A legtöbb csap csöpögött a lakásban, illetve csak németül volt leírás a lakáshoz és a foglalás menete során is nagyrészt németül írtak. Nekem ez nem volt gond, de másnak talán nehézséget okozhat.
