− Hice la reserva, sobre la hora me hablan al privado para decirme que no la tenían disponible más allá que SI estaba disponible en booking, no fueron capaces de cancelar la reserva porque me quería cobrar el recargo por no asistir, una vergüenza y pésima atención!!!!

5.0La disposición de Valentina a evacuar dudas, ya que había reservado 2 hospedajes por un evento y me bolee, pensé que se pagaba al ingreso, y se ve que no, quise cancelar (porque no tenis confirmación de asistencia) y era con recargo, así que me explicó todo amablemente.
− No pudimos alejarnos. Nos cancelaron la reserva 2 semanas antes pero booking no canceló. Genera incertidumbre.
