Good location

− Could not get into property. Host did not answer phone. Properties were not ready and we did not get in till 4 hours later. Sink of dirty water in kitchen.

Location Spaciousness

− Cooking facilities poor. Stove top needs replacing. Temperature couldn’t be regulated and couldn’t reach boiling temperature. Only one thin tray for oven, so couldn’t cook in it. No bread knife. Hot water couldn’t support two sequential showers Balcony chairs and table were dirty.

Location was good close to the town

− Booking.com need to take a serious look at supporting this accommodation. It was very dirty looked like someone had just moved out to accommodate us. The floor, tables, dishes were dirty. Dishwasher wasn’t working and we had to wash cup, glasses, cutlery before using it. There was 2 towels for 4 people, asked for more, turned up the following morning, no coffee and dishwashing liquid, had to ask for more. Bed sheets had stains on them. Ran out of hot water on first night on first shower. Bathroom had used soap in shower, and vanity had other peoples stuff through the drawers. Was given wifi codes however none would work. Would not recommend staying at this property to anyone. Photos of the place on booking.com didn’t look like anything we got.

Good layout, set up and location. Nice warm do as and comfortable beds during our chilly visit to Kalgoorlie

− Issues with hot water. When hot, lasted about 2 minutes. Not satisfactory for showers or dishes
