La ubicación es muy buena. Muy cerca de la estación de tren Roma Trastevere que te lleva al aeropuerto. Muy cerca del tranvía 8 y del autobús que te lleva al centro. Hay supermercados y restaurantes cerca.

− No me gustó que no tiene lavadora ni microondas. Qué estaba bastante sucio, incluso con un cenicero lleno de colillas en la terraza. La cama del salón tiene mucha suciedad debajo, incluso había unas gafas de algún inquilino al que se le cayeron y como no han barrido debajo, pues ahí están. Qué estuvimos una semana y no funcionaba ni la tele ni Internet.

− הדירה לא מתוחזקת, יש ריח קבוע של עובש. החשמל נופל אם משתמשים ביותר משני מכשירי חשמל. הטלוויזיה בחדר הורים ללא קליטה טובה. האזור נראה קצת מוזנח ולא מזמין. הבעלים של המקום תיקשרו איתנו בהודעות בלבד.

The owner was nice and willing to fix what was not per expectation. What i do not understand really is the score gave by the others as to be fair doesnt reflect the reality.

− We arrived and there were no towels and the bedroom linean had yellow stains, owner came and fixed it same evening. The wataer dispenser from kitchen was broken, was not solved even if claimed it.The furniture had burned marks from cigaretes in the living room , bedroom, kitchen, batroom.The shower drain was colged , i had to uncclog it myself. One night only with obe Tv and one Ac open the electricity in the apartment went out, i had to follow the instructions of the owner ans went to the basement to reset it.Very noisy neighbours(kids, dog etc,). The elevator is the cherry on the cake , very old one with 2 sets of doors( in case you dont pay attention to close them really well you aill have the beighbours beating to the door with fists and lega-crazy people enyhow. The bed in the bedroom ia not confortable, unstable.There is no closet just one stander for the clothes.No iron, no washing machine, no microwave.

I booked this apartment for my mom and my aunt to stay in. I live across the street in a one-bedroom and wanted them to be comfortable and have their own space. The apartment is clean, modern, and comfortable! They both loved their stay and appreciated the little touches like the guest umbrellas that were available since we had a few rainy days. They had everything that they needed and loved the location because of its convenience to the tram, many bus lines, the train, and to me! It was a really nice stay for them and they appreciated that the building had an elevator.

− We had an issue with the water temperature. The shower would shift drastically from hot to cold. The host, Guilian, was incredibly responsive when I reached out about it. Unfortunately, the advice he gave me on how to address the water temp issue didn't work for me. Luckily, since I live across the street, they just showered at my apartment.
