Didn't want to give a low rating as we felt it would be unfair to the owner. Susan was really helpful.and understanding when she found out we hadn't received the information she had sent us due to an error on booking.com.

− However, our trip would have gone so much better had we received the information beforehand. We didn't know the directions or the key code, we didn't know we had to bring our own towels, so had nothing to dry ourselves with, we didn't know about the fob which meant we had to ask security to let us in and out each time we went on and off-site, we even missed the England game as we didn't know how to work the TV, all of this was mentioned in the information, which would have been really helpful had booking.com sent us everything before our trip (we didn't receive anything until after we had returned back home). We spoke with Susan upon arrival, as we were struggling with directions and didn't know which number holiday home we were in or the code to get the keys. Susan was really helpful and understanding and helped us with this, the accommodation was clean and comfortable, with drinks in the fridge, tea, coffee and some lovely chocolate cookies, and a fan had been supplied as requested. It was just frustrating that everything we thought was inconvenient during our stay wouldn't have been an issue had booking.com sent over the information before we travelled.

An excellent stay and lovely caravan for my family which we all throughlly enjoyed.

The property was clean and comfortable close to restaurant and pub.

The Hummingbird was clean, tidy and homely. The hosts had thought of everything from even condiments for cooking. The Prosecco and wine was a nice touch.

− The shower needs resealing as the sealant was coming loose in places, but this didn’t affect our stay at all.

Homely feel to accommodation and Amazon prime included. Loved the biscuits too. The host kept us informed at all times during check in and during the booking process by message. The caravan was well kept and was looked after by the host. It had everything and more than we needed and we loved our little break. Can't thank Susie enough.

Lovely caravan, beautiful location, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen and the decor in the caravan was great! I'll definitely return as it's very near Pendle hill. 100% recommend this
