There is everything you need in apartment. Parking is all over, on streets, free. You have stores and bars in near vicinity.

− Leptokarya is a bit dissapointing, essepcially city beach. That has nothing to do with this apartment, I am just saying. But near there are beaches in Nei Pori and Skotina, which are far more nice.

We booked this apartment for four people fot two nights. The room looked nice when we arrived, with nice furnishing and a big balcony.

− Soon we realized that only the bed had bedding the sofa did not and towels were available for just two people. We wrote the owner, who apologized because of it and promised that the cleaning lady would bring us the missing linen between 23:30 and 0:30 am because she was working somewhere else. Later when taking a shower we noticed that the water did not drain from the bathtub the way it should, just very very slowly what made us stand in it, which was pretty discusting. The yard was also very neglected and smelly for some reason. In order not to miss the cleaning lady we left the balcony door open at night (this way the air conditioner couldn’t work) so the room was hot and noisy from the motorbikes passing on the streets. We could hardly get any sleep. Since the lady never showed up I again wrote to the owner the following morning, but unfortunately instead of apologizing for the inconvenience she claimed that the lady came twice at night but we were asleep. The linen finally arrived during the day but by than we had booked another apartment for my sons to be able to get some rest before traveling home. We all had a shower there on the second evening to avoid the bad experience with the water in the tub happening again. We were sorry because we always have beautiful and clean apartments to stay in no matter where we spend time in Greece and also meet wonderful owners but here we did not find the well known greek hospitality.

The flat was small but it had a big terrace which made up for the flat size. There were also all the kitchen utensils needed as well as complimentary coffee, tea, water and wine, which we really appreciated. There were shops, bakeries and restaurants near, the centre was 10 min away and the beach 15. All in all, it’s good for families with small kids or 2-3 adults.

I stayed at Julia Apartment in Leptokarya from June 1st to June 11th and had a very comfortable stay. The apartment was clean, cozy and quiet, with a comfortable bed, a lovely balcony and a beautiful view. The location is convenient: the sea is about a 7-minute walk away, with shops and a bakery nearby. The host was very responsive and answered quickly. The apartment is well suited for a family holiday or a longer, peaceful stay. The only small issue was that the water in the bathroom drained slowly, but overall everything was very good. I would be happy to recommend Julia Apartment.

Great location and a big plus for the easy street parking right in front of the building. The bed and bedding were very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. Also, the Wi-Fi signal was very strong and stable.

− The kitchen was very small. There were also no basic items like salt, pepper, or olive oil — not a must-have, but it would have been a nice addition. Unfortunately, we also encountered a leaking bathtub faucet that was dripping constantly.
