The property is good, the owner/manager HORRIBLE. Very sad what happened.

− I asked the owner on the 3rd if I could do late checkout at 3pm. He wrote me back saying he could allow me to do at 1pm. I was grateful and acknowledge his help, we agreed checkout at 1pm. Next day (the day of the checkout, while I was packing everything in The car) at 11:30 am he sent me a message saying I had to leave the prperty right away because was HIS “typo mistake” (I have pictures of the comunication if needed) . If was HIS MISTAKE he has to be accountable of his mistakes not me, I arranged my 5 people to leave the house at 1pm, as HE told me. The sooner I could leave was 12:45. Despite I left the house before our agreement and I allowed the cleaners to come into the house and start cleaning with us inside (just to help him), he charged me U$70 because I didn’t leave at 11. This is NOT OK. He is stealing my money.

It was a real pleasure.

It was well stocked with utensils in the kitchen. When there was a problem it was taken care of quickly. The rooms were clean and organized.

Safe and Lots of Room

Great place to stay! Great outdoor area to grill and watch TV. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of seating for 6 (that’s hard to find in FL). Huge Roku TV. Game room with mini ping pong table and darts. TONS of space. 3 full bathrooms and washer/dryer! The area is quiet, safe, and easy to get anywhere.

− Nothing was a deal breaker for us, but things to be aware of… There is a $500 hold on your credit card as a security measure. You have to fill out paperwork and take pictures of your license to rent. Wish there were TVs in the bedrooms. We needed to wash silverware for every meal with 5 people. Very basic kitchen utensils. The hand soaps and dishwashing soaps were all watered down to the point it was more water than soap in the bathroom dispensers. Also one towel per person. Plan on doing laundry. For such a nice place, these minor things made it feel cheap.
