Helle, großzügige und sehr ruhige Wohnung – perfekt auch fürs Homeoffice 🌞
10.0Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Miva Apartment. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, ausgesprochen sauber und für zwei bis vier Personen wirklich großzügig geschnitten. Alles wirkt modern, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage – man kann hier wunderbar entspannen und gleichzeitig konzentriert arbeiten. Das WLAN war stabil und schnell, sodass die Wohnung sich auch sehr gut für Homeoffice eignet. 👍 Praktisch war außerdem der private Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die gesamte Wohnung machte einen sehr ordentlichen Eindruck. Wichtig zu wissen: Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Für uns war das kein Problem, sollte aber erwähnt werden. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und eine Unterkunft, die wir definitiv weiterempfehlen können. 😊

10.0The apartment is nicely and practically furnished, clean and equipped with all needed for short- and equally long-term stays (ranging from plenty coffee pods to a vacuum cleaner and laundry basket). Its location downtown makes it close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores like Profy City and Mega Image. Essentially everything is within walking distance. Nevertheless there is a designated parking spot available too to put drivers' minds at ease. Cristina our host was easy to contact, easygoing and open to feedback.
