− Bad instructions to get the keys. There were 6 grey boxes at the front door
It was ok although I was expecting breakfast because the room came up under Bed and Breakfast
6.0I thought this was a bed and breakfast when I booked it. Also, it doesn't show on booking that the bathroom and toilet is shared with other guests. I don't like sharing bathroom with strangers. The room keys don't seem very secure

3.0La vue de ma chambre était très chouette sur le Big Ben, le parlement et le London Eye.
− Les draps étaient sales quand je suis arrivée, le petit déjeuner payant était constitué de céréales et de café posés sur une table à disposition. Je n’ai vu personne durant mon séjour de trois jours et suis très déçue par rapport au pris excessif payé.
