10.0Byla jsem na Ústí hledat byt a potřebovala jsem někde přespat. Padla mi do oka tento penzion. Luxus, prvni klasa za trochu korun. Všude čisto, upratovano, milá 🥰 paní vlastnice. Krása vidět. Tak já si ten sever zalubila. Ďakuju moc za krásný zážitek. Anastasia 🌸

9.0Apartmán je umiestnený priamo v centre mesta, s parkovaním sme mali šťastie ale inak môže byť problém. Apartmán pôsobí trocha tmavo ale je veľmi priestranný a pomerne pohodlný. Boli sme len na jednu noc a neboli horúčavy takže sa to dalo zvládnuť bez klimatizácie. Celkovo sme boli spokojný, žiadne neočakávané nemilé prekvapenie. Odporúčam.
Very accommodating hosts, wel equiped place
10.0The hosts were very accommodating and service friendly. They only speak Czech, but with help of Google Translate they are very efficient in their communication. I got help carrying my panniers up to my room, and they offered a safe, lockable place to store my bike during the night, and gave me the key so I had always access. The apartment is well equipped, and conveniently close to the center.
− Not much, maybe it was a bit noisy in the street around midnight with youth that came back from a night out.

Sehr enttäuschend
1.0− die Bilder sind schon sehr optimistisch bearbeitet. Wenn man sich die Sache bei Tageslicht anschaut, naja. Die Krönung jedoch war, eine Gardinenstange ist auf Grund des allgemeinen Zustandes beim aufziehen einfach abgefallen. Ein Fenstergriff ebenso. Und dann kommt einen Stunde später eine Aufforderung, ich habe an die Gastgeberin 200 €, wegen der Gardinenstange zu zahlen. Frechheit, Zudem in der Gasse neben dem Appartement ist eine kleine Kneippe, für die Creme de la Creme von Usti (Sarkasmus). Demnach bei entsprechend hohen Temperaturen in der Wohnung macht man bis um 2 kein Auge zu. Ganz klar, spart euch diese Unterkunft!!!!!!!!!
Skvělý pobyt s mentální očistou❤️
10.0Velmi ráda si dovoluji napsat recenzi. Pobyt naprosto předčil očekávání. Všude čisto, zařízeno skoro ve stylu Feng Shui, cítila jsem se skvěle. Povlečení vonělo novotou a čistotou, pokoj byl skvěle vybavený. Navíc paní majitelka je velmi empatická. Viděla na mne, že nejsem úplně v pohodě (utekla jsem od přítele a chtěla být chvíli sama a srovnat si myšlenky) tak se mi asi hodinu věnovala a povídala si se mnou. Po té hodině ze mne byl úplně jiný člověk. Zase jsem nabyla životní optimismus, hrdost a radost ze života. Našla jsem si na internetu, že se paní věnuje ještě psychoterapii a mentální pomoci. To jsem ani netušila, že tato krásná a inteligentní dáma má takové schopnosti. Vrátila jsem se domů opět v pohodě a s plány do budoucna. Všem pobyt v tomto krásném penzionu Komtesa mohu jen vřele doporučit. Pavlínka
