8.0The property is lovely, the bed is comfortable even though it was a sofa bed and we had everything we needed. The shared bathroom was clean as was the rest of the property and there was a nice lounge and kitchen rooms although we didn't end up using them.
− I would say that it is overpriced considering the shared bathroom and the sofa bed, we did have to wait to use the bathroom multiple times which is as listed but overpriced although I expect this is due to the location as New York.

7.0The location is great. The bed and DAIKIN air conditioner were really comfortable. Open area is pretty. But, the room we got was in 4th floor so the open area is not really accessible for me.
− I contacted the registration as guided to get early access to open area to leave the luggage. However, the code did not work at one of the doors. I stuck at the front door for minutes. The team only work remotely and has delayed response. The shower drain stuck in normal use and was not very clean.
Amenities were great. I appreciated that I could stash my bags before check in.
9.0− I could hear neighbors and talking in the halls.
