1.01 . الحديقة الخارجية ومنظر النهر 2 . الجلوس بالصاله مقابل النهر في حال عدم وجود من يسبح
− 1. عدم الخصوصية تضطر الى اغلاق الستائر بشكل دائم . 2 . وجود سياح يسبحون في النهر ويحلسون على القوارب بجانب الشقة مما يجعل ذلك مزعج جدا بالذات العوائل لوجود عراة وقد يدخلون الحديقة الخاصه بالشقة لكي يخرجوا من النهر وقرب الجسر الذي يقف عليه الناس . 3 . وجود حشرات . 4 . مكيف واحد في الصاله فقط

− بصراحة البيت عجبني جدا لكن غرفة النوم مافيها مكيف المكيف في الصالة فقط يعني في الصيف صعب شوي
