Lovely place

Lovely cottage, private and spacious, in a good location for exploring the area. It had all the essentials that you could need for a self-catering stay.

This is second time that I have stayed her and it is just perfect. Has everything we needed and has top quality furnishings. The cake and the quality of the tea and coffee that welcomes you, just makes your trip feel that much more special. Amanda is absolutely lovely, as is her rescue dog Ben. The property is situated in a lovely little village where there are two pubs that both do food and a great little corner shop that sells so much more than your average corner shop inc fresh ham, which they are well known for.

Lovely little place, in a lovely village

I felt safe, travelling on my own as a woman- it’s very important. Location was lovely, place was spotless, had everything I needed and very comfortable

Not the owners fault, but with the weather and with plenty of glass and no windows in the front room, the property was very warm, there was 1 fan, but could do with something bigger/quieter.

Superb accommodation which was described and pictured exactly. Thoughtful and very welcome gifts enabling a comfortable settling in. All crockery, glassware, cutlery, kitchen appliances and cookware were of a very high standard, matching the accommodation. The best beds we have ever slept in. Thank you to the delightful Amanda who is the on site host.
