Nel complesso un soggiorno piacevole
7.0Alla prenotazione è arrivato l'sms con il numero della stanza e il codice di accesso che si è attivato al Check-in online. Questo ci ha permesso di salire direttamente in camera senza passare per la reception. Il personale è gentilissimo. La stanza non era molto grande ma comoda e con un bel balcone che gira su due lati, ottimo se fosse stata estate
− Non so se è stata una svista per il fatto che si è in bassa stagione e il personale ridotto però hanno dimenticato di sistemare la stanza (rifare i letti, svuotare il cestino e sostituire gli asciugamani), cosa importante in un albergo. La colazione era solo dolce. Avrei gradito anche qualcosa di salato
Soggiorno pessimo, poca pulizia, personale gentile ma non basta la gentilezza a coprire le problematiche del soggiorno!!
