The house is very nice and cozy. It’s a newly renovated with everything you may need. It has huge yard which is very well maintained with a lots of olive trees. They have very good patio with nice chairs and barbecue. The location of the house is a bit secluded between two villages and it’s best if you have some sort of transportation but if you have it’s like 5 minutes from Keri and like 10-15 minutes from Laganas which is perfect. The host itself was very kind and we were greeted with a lot of hospitality. The communication was very friendly and easy and they were very proactive by checking us from time to time during we traveled to there. They have a nice parking spot next to the house which is easy accessible and they even let us charge our car when we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this modern house in a quiet setting surrounded by olive trees. Beautiful view from the terrace. In the evenings we were visited by a local cat with her three little kittens. The property has everything one might need. It was clean and tidy, nice that there was a washing machine and drying rack outside. It's close to the beach and there are some really good restaurants within 10-15 min of driving. We're especially thankful to Antonis who was very quick to respond and came to save the day when we accidentally locked the key inside the property.

− Everything was exceptional, the only thing I would say is that the mattress and pillows were a bit uncomfortable but that might be due to our own personal preferences.

Irida Residence was the most beautiful and complete stay ever! Clean, spacious and very quiet, pretty close to the airport and Zante Town. Together with our friends we felt at home! 100% we would stay there if we will visit again the beautiful island of Zakynthos! Fay and Sakis - thank you for being wonderful hosts!

The location of the house is great, situated in an olive garden. It is close to the harbour where you can rent a boat, as well as to markets, a bakery, and other shops. The owner kindly brought us some clean sheets, towels in the middle of our stay. and even some herbal as a gift which we found very nice. We also found shampoo, body wash, hand soap, etc. in toilet and bathroom, which was very convenient and saved us from having to buy them at the market during our 7-day vacation.

− Maybe it would be better to hang the shower up on the wall in the bathroom. The electric stove is a bit slower. Anyway they are not a big problem for us, so I gave 5 stars!

Престоят ни беше чудесен – мястото е много чисто, уютно и спокойно. Диванът беше изключително комфортен и допринесе за пълноценната ни почивка. Атмосферата в къщата беше приятна и предразполагаща към отдих. Хареса ни и това, че районът е тих, а комуникацията с домакините беше лесна и любезна.

− Би било чудесно, ако има няколко допълнителни кухненски принадлежности – например ножове за рязане и купички, тъй като това леко затрудни приготвянето на храна. Душът е функционален, но би било по-удобно, ако имаше висока стойка за слушалката.
