− We were not aware that the second bedroom doubled as the sitting room so it took a while to realise where the bed was. This could be made clearer as some renters might need two discrete bedrooms. Also the pull out bed is rather spongy!

7.0Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz auf dem Nachbargrundstück zur Verfügung. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
− Durch die Lage im Kellergeschoss ist die Wohnung recht dunkel und kühl. Das Bad ist sehr klein. Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz ist sehr eng und anspruchsvoll. Mit einem größeren PKW (SUV oder Van)kaum zu schaffen. Hier wäre ein entsprechender Hinweis in der Beschreibung sehr hilfreich.
