7.0Had the facilities I needed and was clean
− Difficult check in procedures. Not only do you need the code but also the correct time delays and sometimes the locks catch. I was fortunate in that a kind English speaking German lady was also checking into another apartment and she had problems so had to phone the host and then she showed me. It would be good to have instructions in both German and English if possible

10.0Es war sehr schön.Haben es super zu Fuß vom Bahnhof erreicht. Das Öffnen der Tür war super beschrieben. Können wir weiterempfehlen.

7.0Sehr stylisch eingerichtetes Apartment. Alles sauber. Die Lage perfekt zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt bzw. Havenwelten. Ruhige Gegend. Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern sehr gut.
− Das Treppenhaus macht keinen guten Eindruck, große Diskrepanz zur eigentlichen Wohnung. Das Bett ist nur von einer Seite zugänglich, kann man allerdings auf den Fotos auch sehen. Die Matratze sinkt beim Hinsetzen sehr weit ein, die Kopfkissen sind austauschbedürftig.
