6.0The appearance was nice and the entrance to the property was very welcoming . We knew bottled water each day . Breakfast was nice and you got a call to check you were coming down each morning 30 mins before they finished serving
− The cleanliness, whilst the room was cleaned every day and the towels changed the room was not clean . The mirrors had greasy marks, all surfaces looked clean but when wiped with a cloth the cloth became brown, there was no mattress topper and no pillow protectors. The grouting in the shower needed a good scrub and the shower curtain was way beyond its life .
